The entry lobby to the sanctuary of St. Catherine’s was showing signs of age from its construction in the mid 1980’s. At the time of construction, the only baptismal font that the parish had was a portable wooden font that was rolled out when needed. Initially the goal to create a new font expanded into modernizing the entire entry to the sanctuary to provide a more respectful and sacred experience as one entered the building.
